a) To improve the quality of teaching and learning in primary schools.

p) Conducts Maths and Science Olympiad quiz competitions and training, as well as provides overall support for the creation of Maths and Science Olympiad materials corners in schools.
q) By training pre-primary teachers to help attract children to school in a fun and festive learning environment.
